What we keep,
and what we don't.

BridgeTwin is not shipped yet. Today this site does exactly one thing with your data: it holds an email address so we can tell you when the plugin lands. That is the whole of it, and this page says so in plain words.

What the waitlist stores

When you submit the form, we write a single record:

We do not ask for your name, your boat, your position or your phone. We do not have them.

What we do with it

We email you once: the day the plugin is public. That's the deal on the form and it is the deal here. No newsletter, no drip campaign, no "we thought you might also like".

Your address is never sold, rented, shared or handed to a mailing-list company. It sits in our own storage on Cloudflare, and nowhere else.

Where it lives, and for how long

Records are held in Cloudflare Workers KV, encrypted at rest. We delete the whole list within twelve months of the launch email going out, or sooner if you ask.

Serving this site puts the usual request logs through Cloudflare (IP, user agent) — that's how any web server works. We use an IP only to rate-limit the form, and we store it as a one-way hash, never in the clear.

Cookies and tracking

None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or social pixels. Nothing follows you off this page.

Fonts and the animation library are pulled from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which — like any CDN — see the request that fetches them.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For a waitlist entry this is a one-line job, and we'll do it without asking you why. Write to privacy@bridgetwin.app and it's gone.

The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by that same address.

The product itself

Worth saying, since it is the whole point of BridgeTwin: your vessel's data does not come here. Position, speed, heading, wind, depth and voyage history are recorded and kept on board. The relay is a pipe, not a warehouse — it passes live data through to your browser and holds only the last known position frame, so the app can say when she was last seen. This page is about the waitlist. The boat is a separate promise, and we keep it.

Changes

When BridgeTwin ships, this page gets replaced by a fuller policy covering accounts and subscriptions. If that changes what happens to a waitlist address, you'll be told before it does.
